Coloradosites.com is a WEB programming and SQL development business based in Denver, Colorado. We can provide your company with an INTERACTIVE web presence to the rest of the world. We specialize in small business Web pages. Colorado Sites does business a little differently than most other WWW developers. YOU own your own domain name, not us. We will register it for you in your own name. Other WWW developers sometimes register your domain name to themselves, making your web presence dependant on their participation. Sort of a way to lock in future business. YOU pay for your hosting services directly. Again, this makes you independent of our company. If you don't like our services you can easily get services elsewhere. Of course, if you prefer to have us take care of the hosting we will do it for you and bill you, but why would you do that when it is easy and costs less to do it yourself? YOU can save yourself money by designing your own pages, or doing as much of the work yourself as you feel comfortable doing. If you prefer not to do anything yourself, we can provide those services for you. We can register a domain name for you, or if your requirements are simple, we can host an individual page for you on the Colorado Sites web site. Your costs are dictated by your needs. Pricing (subject to change) Domain name registration - Actual costs (under $10 per year) Hosting fees - Actual costs, starting under $5.00 per month for a simple site) The above items are provided by Godaddy.com (see the banner at the bottom of this page) and they can bill your credit card directly. Colorado Sites does not collect that money, and we have no business relationship with Godaddy other than our web site being hosted there. Labor charges - $45 per hour, in full hour increments. This is a flat fee for registering a domain name, setting up a site, or doing ASP and SQL programming for your site. Graphic design or custom design that requires subcontracting may be higher than this price. We are happy to provide an estimate. If your web page needs are simple, you can use one of our existing designs, and pay only for the customization to your company. This normally takes about an hour. Some single page web sites can be started for a total cost of well under $100 including Domain registration, Hosting start up, and page creation. you can't really beat that anywhere.
